Please note additional terms:

  • Expendable items are warranted to be free from defects in material and workmanship under normal use and service for a period of ninety (90) days from the date of shipment by Seller.
  • Goods and Software are not designed, intended or authorized for use as components in life support or medical devices. They are not designed for any application in which the failure of the product could result in personal injury, death or property damage.
  • Mettler-Toledo Pendotech’s acceptance of any purchase order or offer is expressly made conditional on the Buyer’s acceptance of these terms and conditions. Mettler-Toledo Pendotech rejects any and all adlditional or different terms in Buyer’s offer or purchase order, including any attempt by Buyer to limit Seller’s acceptance to the terms of such offer or purchase.
  • For system installation, below conditions apply,
    • End User is responsible for providing an appropriate power supply for the system and for connecting all components to such power supply. This on-site installation, start-up and software training service includes setup of the equipment on the laboratory bench or cart and connection of all cables included to interface the equipment; assistance if needed in the installation of the graphical user interface (GUI) software on the customer provided PC; confirmation of proper operation of the GUI and its ability to communicate with the system and the control system’s proper operational interface to the connected equipment. Included is training on the key functions of the software. It is the End User’s responsibility for proper connection of tubing, filters, fittings, valves and other fluid path components to equipment provided with the system such as sensors and pumps; or any fluid path connections to customer-provided pumps and/or other devices interfaced to the system. Pendotech provides a fittings kit with some systems and this is for End User convenience to set up their fluid path. End User must take all necessary safety precautions and ensure the fluid path is setup properly and fittings and tubing are properly secured.
