Cross Flow Filtration TFF System
PendoTECH TFF Process Control System™ is an optimal solution that adds automation and data collection to a Cross Flow / Tangential Flow Filtration – TFF) Process. The system includes a powerful yet easy to use Graphical User Interface and recipe based control of entire concentration and diafiltration process with multiple options for automated diafiltration end point (filtrate weight, conductivity, pH, air in feed line with non-invasive detector, total flow). Pressure measurement and calculation of trans-membrane pressure (TMP) and delta-P with PendoTECH Pressure Sensors™ which can be cleaned and re-used extensively or other pressure sensors/transducers. Industry standard scales & pumps (peristaltic, rotary lobe, diaphragm, etc.) can be interfaced with the system along with other optional accessories to create an advanced yet flexible system that can be configured as needed. It is ideal for process development and a pilot plant where the project requirements change.

System includes:
- Powerful, yet easy to use Graphical User Interface
- Recipe based control of entire concentration and diafiltration process with multiple options for automated diafiltration end point (filtrate weight, conductivity, pH, air in feed line with noninvasive detector, total flow)
- Pressure measurement and calculation of trans-membrane pressure (TMP) and delta-P with PendoTECH Pressure Sensors™, which can be cleaned and reused extensively or other pressure sensors/transducers
- Flow measurement with different flow meter options including flow totalizing (rotary, mag, ultrasonic, Coriolis, etc.)
- Process control via integration of industry standard scales & pumps (peristaltic, rotary lobe, diaphragm, etc.)
- No process scale limitations
- Conductivity and pH probe inputs with software calibration routines (conductivity transmitter with temperature display, etc.)
- Inputs available for other probes/sensors with 4 – 20 milliamp outputs such as UV and temperature
- Accessory Valves for Diafiltration 1 / 2 control
- Pressure alarm set-points that will shut down the system; notification set-point warnings that can generate email or text message alerts
- Optional 2L vessel with low-point drain and stirrer
- Options for TMP control with non-product contact PendoTECH Throttle Valve™
- Ability to control Retentate Flow or DeltaP
